Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of taxibusinesshelp.com and any services provided by Taxi Business Help. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Taxi Business Help provides marketing, website development, CRM, automation and consulting services for taxi, dispatch, airport transfer, chauffeur, limo and shuttle businesses. Specific service scope, deliverables and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or proposals.
2. Payment Terms
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad spend for Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms is billed separately and directly by those platforms or passed through at cost. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Cancellation
Services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. SEO and content services carry a recommended 90-day minimum engagement due to the nature of organic growth timelines.
4. No Guaranteed Results
While we apply proven strategies and industry expertise, Taxi Business Help does not guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance, booking volume or revenue outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market competition and platform algorithm changes.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Websites, ad accounts, CRM systems and creative assets built for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Taxi Business Help retains rights to its proprietary methodologies, templates and internal tools.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, accurate business information, and approvals needed to execute campaigns. Delays caused by unresponsive clients may affect delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Taxi Business Help shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, CRM software). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account actions taken directly by these platforms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
